Acceptable use
Helm is a personal task navigator. These rules exist to keep it useful and fair for everyone.
Permitted use
- Managing your own personal and professional to-dos and projects.
- Using Marduk's planning agent to organise and prioritise your own work.
- Using Helm as an individual contributor, founder, or operator to manage your own workload.
Prohibited use
- Unauthorised account access. Each account is for one person. Do not access another user's account or data.
- Automated or bulk submissions. Do not use scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with Helm's API at scale.
- Reverse engineering. Do not attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer Helm's planning logic or proprietary outputs.
- Reselling. Do not resell, white-label, or redistribute Helm's outputs without written permission from Memriq.
Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action.
